Being in pain can make one feel helpless, desperate, and vulnerable.  Now, couple that with the often intimidating experience of visiting a physicians office and the overall encounter can feel quite overwhelming.  We purposefully designed this practice to be welcoming and inviting. Decreasing that intimidation and feeling welcomed, helps the patient provide us with information that we use to get a better understanding of the issues at hand.
