Wesley Foreman, MD | Cedar Park, TX | Personalized Pain and Spine Care

Dr. Foreman obtained his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and then completed his medical school education at The University of Texas Medical School – Houston (currently The McGovern Medical School at UT Health Houston). He completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the esteemed Baylor College of Medicine within the world-renowned Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas.

Following that, he then completed his fellowship training in Pain Medicine in the department of Anesthesiology at the University of California – Davis. Dr. Foreman is double board-certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Foreman served as assistant professor at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin for several years and currently serves as an Affiliate Faculty member. Dr. Foreman has been treating acute, chronic and complex pain conditions for more than 20 years. Dr. Foreman has received numerous awards including the Castle Connelly and Austin Top Doctors award (most recently 2021, 2023 and 2024).

He holds memberships with the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS), Texas Medical Association, Travis County Medical Society and Texas Pain Society (former Board member and local chapter President).
